Each week of your programme you will be able to work towards your targets and measured in 6 week periods, so we offer blocks, to also save you money and time. If you just need to make an immediate start, we suggest choosing to commit to a block of sessions in advance. With this we also offer a FREE Consultation, as a way to help you choose your ideal package.

The aim is to have noticeable progression throughout your 6 weeks of training, make changes to your diet and even take up a habit of a lifetime as you start to see and feel the benefits of having a weekly exercise routine.

Your PT will carefully craft your program designed to challenge you and push you to your limits, whilst ensuring that you make steady progress and hit your goals.


Each week, you'll focus on specific aspects of fitness, from strength and cardiovascular endurance to flexibility and balance. With a gradual increase in intensity and volume, you'll build a strong foundation and achieve real results in just six weeks.


In addition to the periodisation fitness routine, this package also includes nutritional guidance and accountability. Our trainers will work with you to develop more nutritional awareness so it becomes intuitive and supports your fitness goals, taking into account your unique preferences and needs.
